ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. Survive & Thrive USA™ reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. An order is not considered accepted until payment has been processed and the order has been confirmed by Survive & Thrive USA™. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or limitations on available inventory.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted, cancellation requests may not be possible.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times provided on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Survive & Thrive USA™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer.
