Refund policy
At Survive and Thrive USA™, we are committed to providing high-quality emergency preparedness gear. Due to the nature of survival equipment and consumable emergency supplies, certain items cannot be returned once they have been opened or used. By placing an order with Survive and Thrive USA™, you agree to the following return, refund, and exchange terms.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items legally cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, hygiene, or clothing), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Emergency food rations or freeze-dried meals
Emergency water pouches or water filtration products
First aid kits or medical supplies
Hygiene or personal care products
Any opened survival kits or emergency bags
Clearance or final sale items
Any product marked non-returnable
These items are considered final sale once shipped.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, (after an investigation has taken place), or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
A brief explanation of the issue
Once verified, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
Refunds
If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected for the refund to be processed.
