I'm sure that you have been watching all of the events of the world unfold recently - from attacks on our naval bases abroad to even public attacks on our own soil. Civil unrest amongst our citizens. Threats of "sleeper cell" activation. Charged political and social opposition that is becoming more than just talks. Crumbling of our economic system. Threats of attacks from multiple countries. A crumbling economic system. The decay of our infrastructure. Abnormal dangerous weather leaving people to fend for themselves in emergency. Any and all of these is just a powder keg waiting to explode! If ANYTHING were to happen to disrupt your safety, would you be ready? Would your loved ones be ready? Don't wait until the last minute to plan for things that could destroy your peace and safety.
We started our brand originally as we were newbies in camping and outdoors life. It was a journal of our experiences, good and bad - and our journey to grow and enjoy getting in tune with the world outside of city life. The more we did this - the more we saw that it was needed in case we were left to face repercussions of an uncertain world. We saw that the skills and items needed in outdoors survival were bigger than just a fun weekend getaway...they were tools that at some point we may need for our very life! While we still do what we do for recreation, we also use it as a way to learn and be more comfortable with what may be needed at any given moment!
In this site, we will talk about this journey - the fun parts, the things we learned (failures and successes), the things we have researched. We will also be offering tips, food for thought, and products that may help you on YOUR journey. If an emergency happens, we want you to be ready so that when it does you won't be among the many who are caught in a bad situation with no prep and no plan!
